wow you are VERY courageous !!!! good job ! I also have this same interior ! A8 2013 4.0TT ... my light on the cupholder is also out...I am amazed there is no other way to get to those wires but to dismantle the entire console !!! and more !!!! I guess you reseached this before doing all this work. I would love to be able to get to them from the console/lid only...
Thank you for the kind words.I like that interior more special then just black.I bet most of the A8 D4 have that same problem because the wires are so thin.Sadly you cant get the wires out other way.I hope you can fix yours also with that video.🙂

Hey cupholder and console light have different lighting.Cupholder only has 2 wires broken.If your console lights dont work then there is a led that needs to be replaced.
