No it won't, it may even free up ram for other processes you are running (unless you have some performance boosting background apps)

Apps > Installed apps > Right side apps you will see 3 dot > Click that tree dot > Advance Option > Background apps permissions > Never , done.

my laptop is at ticked to maxium performence and it drains 30 procent battery in about hour is that right dont seem tho its happening even when im at google
