Thank you none of your way work with me, but it helps me to find the problem and fix it. From the phone I went to sitting then supplementary services then show your caller ID I changed it from never to network default. This fixes it and the outgoing call work again.
Holy cow this worked, on my S20, just added clearing my phone cache and "settings" cache, since I didn't have call settings!! I tried everything from system codes to changing my APN multiple times and nothing worked until this little simple task!! Thank you very much for your step by step instructions!!
You said that you've been having this problem for a couple of days? To connect change it's carrier over two and a half months ago and I haven't been able to receive calls or notifications of any calls or any notifications of missed calls and voicemail also has not worked since that time. I have been up for more than 3 weeks straight trying to troubleshoot this and have spent literally 95 hours on the phone on hold waiting for hours and hours for someone at two connect to pick up then the problem has never been resolved and those Indian people never called back on the phone that you were using to troubleshoot the issue. I honestly don't think anyone that you connect can figure out anything as to why I am not receiving any calls using my phone. I can only get personal phone calls from Facebook Messenger but cannot resolve my banking issues or credit card issues because they're not able to verify me by calling my phone. So freaking frustrating! So I'm at the point right now where you turn off the phone and waiting for my phone to turn back on so I don't know if it worked yet.

Samsung A71 differed a bit, but so far so good with fixing the problem. My text and calling were inconsistently working. Followed this video instructions and it problem resolved. This comment was done minutes after so if the problem arises again I will update. Thank you sir!
I just got my new phone from my provider. It wouldn't work. I was angry because their tech support could not figure out how to make it work (that is IF you could reach tech support). My provider is worthless! Your video saved the day AND their account. I was ready to quit them.
Every time I watch one of these videos they absolutely always have a different menu than what I have on my phone and I get lost within the first 5 Seconds
Thats because the idiots making each version of the OS do not keep decent UID standards as well as the idiots that make these videos don't declare exactly which OS version they are for. Android changes everything from version to version and they are really just dumb as nails. Stuff goes missing or hidden, moved to a new place under new or changed category arrangements, etc.

Thank you so much. I called my service provider I spent hours on the phone with 3 different workers. This was a waste of time. They said I need a new phone. Thank you this really worked for me, I couldn't call out or receive calls people start texting me that they were calling me and my phone didn't ring. So I researched and did a lot of methods that did not work and then I landed on your video and did what you said an it worked right then. So had to show you my appreciation by at least saying thank you.
Thanks for the great tutorial on which version ? You gotta declare which version of Android you are using dude lol. All of these options are gone missing, moved, etc depending on which version you are using. You should know that. 🙄 Google screws up every new user interface and has not enough sense to keep the flow in UID (user interface design, standards) any where near not confusing as heck even for experienced developers.
I've been having these issues constantly. I can call, it'll ring then just silence, wont drop the call either even if the other person hangs up. If they call me, same thing, silence. I've tried everything, even got a new phone. Same issue. New SIM, same issue. New number, same issue. WiFi calling on/off, same issue, 4gLTE on/off, same issue. 5G off, same issue. I've done countless diagnostics from multiple videos. I have to use fb messenger if I want to make a call, which makes me think its the 5G phones samsung phones having this issue. My next phone will be unfortunately the iPhone 12. Sorry Samsung, I've had you since the Galaxy s3, but your phones have been nothing but problematic the last 2 years.

hello i know this is not the appropriate video to comment but my comment is different. i need help. i have a lg g4 beat h735 it is only saying emergency calls only i cannot do anything in the dialer or send sms. i have tried everything hard reset, soft reset, leave battery out for a day from phone and even clean the sim itself and also reinserted but nothing seems to help i dont know if it is a software or hardware issue but definately its a hardware issue these phones somehow suffer from heating issues so it might cooked up some amplifier chip for the simcard. can u tell me whats the fault on this. Really appreciate your help.
