OK, anyone who see this, go to settings and in the general area hit network settings. Then select the tap that says go offline. After that just sign in and it should work and then go back to settings and hit go online.
I deleted the account and m password and email is correct but when i put in the email and password it just goes on a black screen witha green circle and then it just brings me to home and im still not signed in
Doesn't work, I even factory reset my Series X and when I try and add my account, it just spins and takes me to the home screen. I try to add my account back and it just spins and returns me back to the add account page.
Yes, and no. The only way I got it to work was to change my network connection. I was using wired Ethernet and switched to Wi-Fi and was able to connect. Then I switched back to wired after signing in. If I try and sign in from the beginning connected to wired Ethernet, it never allows me to and this was after factory resetting both of my XBOX consoles. I believe it's related somehow to your XBOX profile since it affects both of my consoles. I even tried to remove my profile from the console and add it back and it does the same thing.
Connecting to my phones hotspot worked for me. Changing the network connection seemed to work and allowed me to re-add my Xbox account (after I removed it).
For everyone curious, this is some type of service outage, so before you log out of all your profile like i did, keep checking the Microsoft website they are obviously aware of this and will need time to fix whatever the issue is. Now i can not even play my offline game since i signed out and can not sign back it at the moment
Sign in says phone number not recognized then I have to log into Microsoft and enter a code which doesn't show up where to enter code after light in Microsoft. Code is on Xbox
Try to sign in, click use other device and follow the prompts and sign in with the code on your phone. Easier and faster when none of the others worked for me!
i remove the account, restart xbox, and enter all my stuff but it loads for a while and says to try again bc the xbox service has something wrong with it. Also my internet says it’s connected but the xbox service is doing something. It literally says it’s signing me in but then says to try again in a few minutes
So I've checked Microsofts page, and for some reason, there is some outage? I've literally done all this and then found out that it has nothing to do with any of these said fixes on this video.. my xbox app isn't even loading
@@Xero-SBmy Xbox app is working but still can’t sign in on my series x, I know this is happening due to the servers being down, no matter what even if you did sign in you still wouldn’t be able to play games online. It’s all in microsofts hands now.
