How To Fix Castle Creations Xlx2 ESC Broken Bullet Connector! Saw Blade Arrma Limitless Maintenance. In this video I fix my Castle Creations Xlx2! Recently a 8mm bullet connector desoldered from the ESC while speed running. We got it all working great with a little solder, flux and Gorilla glue epoxy to reinforce it. Also maintenance and new parts on the beloved saw blade Arrma Limitless. 0 degree rear hinge pin brace from EMP Performance and a center spool made up from multiple parts.

Glad to see you were able to get it fixed!! 😎👍..... Specially since I need to do the same thing to mine, the opposite end motor post is wiggling after a 128mph crash! 🤦‍♂️ I started to trying to get that epoxy cleaned off so that I can resolder it but that stuff is a freaking pain lol. I hope I can get fixed, cuz I don't feel like dishing another ~$165+shipping for a replacement 🤦‍♂️

Great content / video sir. Thanks for sharing. I've had an xlx2 fire and now I'm gun shy with them. Great esc's though when they don't go Roman candle on ya. Lol

On my other castle I put the motor plu on the soldering iron till hot melt solder and then place in the esc and turn off the soldering iron and remove when cool

@@zagertRC it held up awesome the esc recently died 😢 it was an old rebranded castle hpi the yellow and red and brown wires broke and shorted it

Wow. Great vid. I suspect your on\off switch doesn t have a "set" button? I wanted to do ths with my HW Max10SCT esc, but don t want to lose the function of the set button. I suspect the switch is faulty.
