Thanks for posting this video. It allowed me to quickly fix an elderly person's connection to cellular data, despite me not being an iPad person myself. That will help them avoid isolation when they are home alone by themselves. So it's an important thing for them.
Dennis Jimenez you have to send it in , and unless you go to an actual Apple store (they give out loaners). Then you’ll basically be without you phone for a week btw they fix it for free because it’s a manufacturing issue support.apple.com/iphone-7-no-service

Toggling off 4G and lapsing back to a 3G network connection just fixed this problem on my wife's phone. ( In Settings under Mobile Data/Mobile Data Options - just above the Mobile Roaming toggle).
I recently bought a new I phone. I live no where around a Apple store. But they basically told me that my new iPhone has bad hardware. So no luck using unless I send it back.

I have this problem : my iPad Pro 2018 model can’t connect to LTE. If it tries to connect to LTE, it will lose the cellular line and become offline for a few seconds, then the cellular line will come back online. However the problem doesn’t happen if I connect to 3G only. Only happens with LTE connection. Sometimes, after a few times reconnecting, my iPad will restart. Please help.

The cellular data toggle switches for certain apps keep turning off after I jus turn them on. Right after I press the home button and go back to the cellular data settings, the toggle switches are off when I just turned them on. What could be the problem? I can’t use any apps without the wifi. Help!

Ok so i had this problem, what i did to fix it was fixing the Date and Time setting. My Date and Time settings were set to 1989 for some reason then i updated it to current time and everything worked out.
Hi I have some apps toggled on for mobile data and I want to turn more on, but when I toggle them on, as soon as I leave settings they go off again.
