Your video quality so good. But not optimized your video title & description. And no ranked tags are used. Video SEO score should be above 80 minimum. But this video has SEO (Search Engine Optimization) score only 36 out of 100. As a result, you are not getting the expected views, engagement, subscribers & targeted audience according to your video.

I find the most common mistake I make as the owner are either not communicating what I want properly when I want someone to do something, assuming they understood what I wanted, and not checking to actually make sure it was done right if it was a new task. What is self-evident to me is not necessarily obvious to them, Once you start admitting to yourself that you aren't perfect either, you can be more forgiving of other's errors unless they keep happening after multiple explanations. Sadly, some people are simply not good at the job you hired them for (which is another mistake we make).
