How to fix input lag on PS4!!! Tips and advice on PS4 input lag, and how to fix it. PS4 input lag is easy to identify if you know how to test it, I'll show you how to identify input lag on PS4, and give you a few tips to fix input lag on PS4. Thank for watching!

I posted, further down, some more options. Sometimes, these are too expensive, or arent enough, if you have multiple issues at once, and the WORST one isnt covered in this video, the one that causes spinning in circles, shooting at floor/ceiling, unable to stop/start running, random disconnects, etc. on ALL controllers at once, even new ones. Which happened, to me.

Glasscock hey man i need serious help, i dont know what the fuck is happening to my PS4. Let me explain. Last week my cousin stayed over at my house, brought his PS4 on my request. Been having lots of trouble with online gaming, always have high latency and rubberbanding. So yeah, as I was saying, my cousin stayed over at my place and he plugged his PS4 on my sister's TV (bedroom in front of mine, literally a single wall separates us). We started playing some Fortnite, and he had absolutely no problem while playing. On the other hand for some reason I had lag spikes and constant rubberbanding, my game got stuck (i couldn't move) at times and at one point I even got suddenly kicked from a match and he kept on going perfectly. We were both playing wireless with the same exact settings with the same exact WiFi (btw the router is literally 3 or 4 meters away of my PS4 so I don't think it's a strength problem). Please help me solve this man I have searched the entire fucking internet and nothing works

Glasscock by the way, he has the CUH-1100 and I have the CUH-1200. Dont know if that makes a difference. My cousin always told me my PS4 feels weird to play with for some reason. Also important to mention, I live in Venezuela were internet is third world absolute bullshit, but my ISP makes it work 70% of the time. So I only play when WiFi is stable for my own sake. But what i can't understand is how my cousin can play in my WiFi smoothly and I'm getting fucking destroyed. We tried other games apart from fortnite like Rocket League and Brawlhalla, and same result. Please help :'v

Glasscock maybe it's a WiFi card problem? Here in Venezuela electricity cuts are common and my PS4 has been "wrongly turned off" i guess about 20 times. That all sums up to something maybe? Well, thanks for your time.

*UPDATE* Certain Controllers can experience input lag over USB vs Bluetooth. As a means of avoiding this, you can use bluetooth connection on PS4

When i play certain online modes it feels like i have input lag. But when i play on another online mode it feels just fine. I dont think its because of the connection because mine usually goes lower than 60 ms. It frustrates me a lot

Game mode is a must. I still have lag on my sony but I'm used to it now. It doesn't affect my gameplay too much. It's a small sacrifice for the beautiful picture.

I have 300 mbps download speed and 20 upload. Still have the worst input lag. I play with an ethernet cable and my nephew plays wireless two floors away from the same modem with an Xbox One S. He gets far less input lag on Fortnite than I do with a far worse link to the internet. He also has a far cheaper TV. How does this make any sense? I also have no input lag in offline games so this is a mystery that no one can answer for me.

Im a big GAMER in a game called MLB the Show 19, i am currently the #5 player in the planet. I have a really important question. Im trying by all means low my input lag even if it’s at a high cost, meaning color/resolution. i have a display delay of half a second or more on rainbow six siege. when I get killed, I usually don't see my enemy kill me but Im instantly dead. the killcam than shows how the enemy shoots me for a full second. the data center is 14 ms. help me please!

You will have to get a new TV or gaming monitor. But gaming monitors are the best bet. They have insanely low response time, so you will see the enemy first. I also recommend to use a USB with your controller hooked up to the PS4 so it has lower input lag

If your in game ping is 14ms it's probably not internet related. If it's important to you i'd invest in a dedicated gaming monitor

I've never known why people think that changing their DNS servers would solve anything. Once you get in a match, the DNA servers don't matter.... And the game uses your IP address to to match make.

Does anyone know how to help me? It has a second delay when I play ratchet and clank and assassin's creed and 70% of ps4 games. But when I play cod it's lightning fast.
