How to fix Lumion 11 retry and channel not found problem without Uninstalling

maybe your firewall is still active or when you are doing inbound rules you should open the file in program file .. or you can just uninstall then install the lumion the do this step ... hope it work

@@moonibroke if you turn off your Windows firewall those inbound and outbound you created will be useless just saying

yes, you can turn it on after you fix it.But when you open the lumion again make sure you turn off your firewall because, firewall blocks the app and it will do the same thing again. so to avoid problems make sure to turn if off then after it open you can turn it back on.

you can turn it back on, the wifi, anti-virus and firewall when you open your lumion successfully

@moonibroke okay, i understand. So, meaning to say i need to off the WiFi to open/close the lumion? It does not work with fully Open wifi.
