I'm going through the same thing right now. Been trying for hours to launch the Mass Effect Legendary Edition from Steam. All I'm getting is a blank vertical window from EA before closing down. Were you able to fix your Steam/EA launch issue?

@@thomasjoseph3679 Surprising enough yes, I did the most basic thing and just uninstalled all my EA games on Steam and then reinstalled them. And then the EA app registered them and I could play

Thank you!!!!! My dragon age inquisition did the same and i had manually enabled it as admin because it didn't run, so I unchecked admin just this moment and it ran!

I play the sims 3 which relies heavily on modding and the EA App is not only crashing but is affecting mods especially a mod I had to change the game launcher. Anyway, that aside, one curiosus thing that happened on the app was my "time played" on the sims 3 DECREASED! One day it was like 3,000 hours and now, out of nowhere it says I've only played 350 hours. What the heck is going on? I have no idea how to even tackle all these problems.

Do you have any updated information on this? I have It Takes Two and I have the EA app open, but the "manage" button is missing. All it has is "play" and when I click "play" it shows the loading bar but never boots the game. The loading bar shows up for a moment and then just goes away.

Wish I could try this but it’s too late for me to accès the EA app. Each time I click on it says temporally lost connection. And I tried to fix it but that didn’t work- so I can’t do this without being able to have the EA app load properly

None of these are my issue. My game (Mass Effect 3 Legendary) boots up, but once it gets to the load screen, it minimizes and I can't get it to stay on the screen. No idea what's going on. Any ideas?

I'm barely able to launch any EA games anymore. They have practically ruined all my EA games on pc. And I thought Ubisoft were bad for taking away the Crew. Atleast I'm still able to play my Ubisoft games, since their launcher is miles ahead of the crappy EA launcher.. Usually able to launch one game, if I disconnect my internet (using mobile as hotspot), then I won't be able to start any more games, even after reconnecting again.

Can't launch Mass Effect 3 (steam)! ME1 and ME2 launch fine, but but launch on ME3 starts boot, and then kicks it back to launcher screen and crashes! Only happens on ME3! What the heck?

I don’t have this issue my issue is where I get into a game load into a match and then I just get kicked with no message or anything telling me why and it kicks me and throws me to the desktop I already have 10+ hours on the game got it less then 2 weeks ago why the FUXK is it causing issues now.

I am having the same issue but its not trying to run as admin. When I try to run as admin it still crashes. I have done everything I can think of at this point. I literally just downloaded BFV and it won't launch
