I've the exact same problem but when I try to install the driver after downloading it from the amd website, I get to the browse page and it takes some time downloading but I never get to the accept and install page by amd. It just vanishes after that. What to do? I really need your help with this. Reply ASAP.

I just bought a used Gigabyte RX570 4GB Gaming GPU for an old PC build I'm doing and even when I try to auto detect and let it install the newest driver, it still comes up with that pop window that the graphics driver never installed. Not sure what to do anymore.

Dude I had mz monitor connected over DVI and everything was working fine until i moved my processor. DVI wasnt working so I switched to VGA. But my drivers could not be detected no AMD like here and when i try to install the drivers it says that it cant detect any hardware. WHat do I do

hi sir after install the window 10 64 bit on HP AMD A8-7410 with graphic R5 .my laptop mouse pointer is stuck while moving is just for a second's and then start work again but its continuesly and when i open chrome its also slow every thing i can open my laptop is going slow slow slow.but uninstall AMD graphic driver then its fine.plz ...issue....solution.

Apply above steps as told to Qamar Also remember before taking any big update you should take all WINDOWS UPDATES ,hardware drivers, free up disk space,Clear Ram etc. and taking a 3.67gb update is also depend on your hardware configuration and a lot of thing depend on performance how you use ,hardware etc. Take some time and read some articles of performance lags in Windows support.

solution i found is just uninstal video or graphic driver.and it work fine.and if you want to install video driver and graphic driver go for driver pack solution offline.

There is basic display adopter setting in my display adapters. After trying to install radeon graphics the BSOD appears saying like no page error and tried to download all older and newer versions of amd. How to even install this. Please help Radeon r7 m440 Dell 5567 Only intel graphics working. Now I'm thinking about error in hardware pls tell me what to do

You know, I don't know what notebook you have tested, but since I have the same problem, I did what you did, but I chose the automatic detection of AMD driver instead.... the computer stopped working, and thank God I had the restore point option enabled... I use Lenovo G500... still! :) Anyways, I just wanted you to know! Thanks!

bro on my laptop i am using a windows8.1 OS and have the radeon R5 raphics in my laptop and i have also installed the drivers for that and at device manager its also showing R5 but i am not getting any settings for setup my graphics at home screen when i press right click there is no option regarding that PLEASE HELP
