How To Fix: No Audio Output Device Installed on Windows 10

No Audio Output Device Installed is an error on Windows which comes with cross on sound icon. No Audio Output Device Installed on Windows 10 can be fixed after following the steps on this video. Basically, this error is because of faulty audio device or driver on Windows 10 PC. If the audio driver is not installed on your Windows 10 PC then you will get No Audio Output Device Installed error.
Also, if you recently updated your audio driver or make any changes on Windows 10 audio setting then you will get No Audio Output Device Installed error.

The solution is: installing audio driver from the internet. any audio driver? no. you should install one based on your system model, how to know system model? on search bar type system information and find system model. then go to internet type download audio driver. I hope this help anyone, thank u :)

Quick suggestion here. I'm sorry, but if you are doing a video for audio output troubleshooting problems....maybe, just maybe you should do less talking in the video, and possibly use subtitles instead? Just a thought...

hey! according to the device manager it says that my output is enabled, but it seems to be disabled at the same time? i tried re-enabling the device and it just doesn't work. really stumped. i know this video is 2 years old, but you know how it is right? thanks for the help

Go to the browser from your computer ( your device brand + tipe device + serial number ) After entering the website, click drivers & download, check for updates (recommended) And let them do their job.

For Those Who Dont Have Sound Video and Game Controller Button """"" Open Device Manager Scroll Up and You Will See Action tab Click on it Then Click Add Legacy Hardware Do Next Then You will See What do You want the wizard to do? Click On Install The Hardware That I manually Select From a list (Advanced) Click That button Then Click Next Then You will See A tab named Add Hardware Scroll Down And You Will See Sound,Video And Game Controller Click On it then Click next Then you will See a New Tab You have to Wait Some time Then a Model Will Appear Click On It Then Click Next Another Tab Will Appear CLick Next Then Restart Your Computer Thanks

@JasimKhan14676 I got to the part where I saw "Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) but I didn't see the tab named "Add Hardware" but I did see the Sound, video and game controllers options. There are different models here, I don't know which one to click.

This guy said you could get all the necessary downloads off the manifacturers website. Like thats one of the thongs i need help with. Can't he just walk us through all the steps 1 by 1. Like imma potato i dont understand how to fix this issue let alone the step. Unless you show us how to download the drivers and everything we need to start the process why show us anything at all?
