Follow my steps 1 turn off the phone if you can't remove the battery if it's removable or turn on the phone till its battery gets 0 2 connect it with a charger 3 turn on the charger 4 hold home button if you have + volume up + power on. Keep holding.it's not the hard reset Some devices won't turn the hard reset option at this issue 5 Keep holding till there's some glitchy things on the screen it could be a glitchy S and G you can't understand it 6 release your hand The glitchy things will disappear and samsung logo will appear So take some rest stay safe ❤️ Thank me later 😊
connect the PC to your samsung... and here we have the first problem!... I have no connection between PC and smartphone since the boot screen is stuck, it's not possible.... and NO it's not the cable or the usb port....
Mine is stuck on the Samsung Galaxy screen and continutes to reboot to that screen. I've tried holding down the volume down button and the power button and it wont even go into recovery mode : ( Nothing happens and I can't even turn the phone off.
@@Ryzin6 I'm going to TMobile tomorrow. For some weird reason I'm able to use my phone for a little bit when I let it die and then turn it on while charging. I know that's not useful but I was able to backup what I needed in that time. Also, I was able to get it into recovery mode and I wiped the cache partition and restarted the apps but that didn't do anything either.
This video is misleading. the program you are promoting is a paid program and you never mention it. also the company bad practice is that it lets you download everything for free but you have to pay to apply the fix. if it works.. you should mention when you are promoting a paid service and not make it look free.

To clear the cache partition you need to connect your phone to a PC then Turn off the device. USB-C connect to a PC. Method 4: Wipe Cache Partition Press and hold the volume down and the power button, keep holding until the screen is black Then press and hold the volume up and power button, keep holding until the Samsung logo appears You should now be in recovery mode Press the volume down button to choose the "wipe cache partition" option Choose "yes" and press the power button to confirm Wait for the process to complete Select "Reboot system now" Leave your phone on the Logo screen for few minutes (connected to the PC) It will boot back to normal. Lucky I didn't do factory reset......

So I bought this thing and it clearly said I bought the 1 month and 5 device period. And it absolutely said "can easily stop recurring payments when needed" well... 1 I did not know it was a recurring payment and 2 how do I stop the recurring payment if I didn't ask for it? @@josenothing yes i have i could still have acces to my samsungs settings so i went into "Secure Lock Settings" and i turned on the "Auto Factory Reset" so i practically had to block my phone so after 15 times of puting the wrong password in my phone auto factory reset

All this downloadable tool does is plant files throughout your computer and forces you to purchase in order to fix fthe problem. False advertising and 5 thumbs down rating. I have unique problem of my Samsung j7 pro 64gb global version, its made in Vietnam, problem is when the call coming 2 seconds ringing and quickly vibrate and shut down the device, any key pressed or unlocked using finger print same happens in when display sleep, then when I power on device booting till Samsung logo j7pro, powered by android text displays only, but that time text brightness increase and decrease, no further booting, at that time charging cable connect to the device it's rebooting normally about 5 or 10 minutes, technicians cannot identify the actual problem,manual method (cachee clear, volume down+home+power button) method has been done, but problem is still have, I don't know what i should do, new battery replaced before 3 month, on original one, how to check what happens to my j7 pro, battery? @@areuserius328 I found a new solution for that, I am active always on display feature, after then no problem, I was detected when the reboot or logo only issues comes just display activation, so that active always on display,, maybe display power problem, this is not a original super amoled display, super amoled display not available in srilanka for j7 pro, have A great oled display only,, last month battery changed, but not checked closing always on display that the problem still have,,,
Anyone else lose their phone after an update in March? My phone slowly flashes the start logo screen. App wont work as my phone flashes until the battery dies. It will not power off or on. It just keeps flashing and vibrating. I tried deleting cashe partition, reboot (manually and via reboot in recovery mode), repairing apps, run the tests, etc., etc.,... I'm fighting in a nasty divorce. I need to recover the data on this phone for evidence. So.....was anyone able to recover their data after all other attempts failed?
Im gonna give up. No matter what its still stuck on the reboot screen, what happened was it vinrated for a long time and then shut down. Idk how that happened but that was right after my software update, i dont wanna erase everything from my phone too.. ill miss my dog pics and my accounts but theres nothing i can do about it anymore..
