This is not working for me. My PC sees that either of my android phones are plugged in, yet this ultfone app will not display either model of the phone. It only defaults to Samsung. I tried the button to type my phone information, but it still only shows Samsung. Please help.

My A22 g5 crashes and restarts over and over whenever I turn the wifi on. Maybe you know something until I can take it somewhere to be looked at. No connections get displayed either, I can't turn the phone off, not even just screen off. The only option is to turn wifi off and let it reboot one more time

Maybe you ran the battery down too low. Mine died and then it kept doing that. Try letting it get a full charge.
