You may have a wider issue that requires internal inspection. However, before doing so, are you using the HDMI connector, ensuring that there’s no disc inside the console and followed the exact steps? If all statements are true, then it’s worth opening up and seeing if you can spot anything obvious that may have blown. I would firstly check around the HDMI area, but you will require a magnifying glass/screen and multi meter at the bear minimum to check. Inside looks complex, but you’ll soon realise it’s not as bad as it seems
