Thank you for the fix but the problem is back the next day and i have to go through your instructions here again to make it work again. Or even if i just let my laptop stand on for a few hrs, I come back to it and the problem is back again and I go through your instructions here to make it work again. Is there something I am doing wrong or some other permanent solution?
sadly did not help. I can access one site on other devices but not on my MS Surface, no matter what browser I try. None of the steps in this video helped :(

why does it tell me it took too long to respond , i dint ask it how fast it was i told it to go there? why do computers do all these extra things that no one asked? computers should just do what they are told and thats it.
