Fixed my 2681 code. I cleaned it with electrical cleaner instead of replacing. Good so far. Thank you!!

@@iwasJay I did, but it only lasted a week. It was wet from coolant after I cleaned it. Ended up changing the waterpump and thermostat housing after all.

replace the thermostat housing. this is not a permanent fix. the leak will continue to persist and the connector will be flooded soon

No idea where you are in the engine. I saw an alternator, that's my best guess is it's near there, but where exactly?

I have Audi A4 B8 and I received those errors, my mechanic replaced my water pump with the thermostat but I still have that one error P2681 that refuses to disappear Maybe it’s the wiring? Or something else?
