Or if you do not wan't to wait until bus rest is reached and connection status is being reset, you can follow these instructions: 1. open the fuse box inside the car (in UK cars I think it will be inside the glove box) 2. remove fuse "F19" - refer to your user manual where it is, it should be in the 3rd column, 5th slot. 3. leave the driver seat and ensure that the keyfob is not within 5 m radius of the car 4. wait 15 - 20 minutes 5. put fuse F19 back again 6. Turn the car on and off again 7. Turn the car on and if the status message is still being displayed, restart infotainment system 8. Enjoy working connection

I've tried all of the reset/fuse pulling tricks to no avail. I finally contacted support via the weconnect app and got this response "We are expecting a solution for your car within a week. There is no need for action from your side. Your online services will be working properly again and you will be able to use them without restrictions." It would appear to be a server issue.
