Thank you for your instructions. The brake on one side of my walker wasn't working so when I would take out the garbage or get the mail; I would be stopped half way on my ramp and had to place my foot so the walker wouldn't go over the edge of the ramp. After your video I have adjusted the bake and now both are working better. Not perfect but better,. Thank you. It was getting dangerous for me.

Wish I'd seen this earlier. My brakes have since unraveled and once side fell off. Can I buy new brakes or just another walker?

Make sure to twist and tighten only the small hex nut and not the chrome hex shaped cable end piece. The metal cable end piece doesn't do anything relevant to the problem. With one hand pull the end of the cable upwards to increase spring tension and then while pulling the cable upwards, use your other hand to tighten the smaller hex nut below the cable all the way down. The problem with this walker design is that the small hex nut will inevitably loosen from the vibration of daily walker use and it will constantly have to be re-tightened. Drive should have had some sort of locking design for the hex nut so that it doesn't become loose on its own.

Can you tell me why on both Drive and Novacare rollators I am having chatter in the front wheels (wheels shimmy side to side instead of rolling smoothly)

Probably too late but either the bearings are worn out or you need to tighten the Axel or add washers if there is a gap between the wheel and fork
