How to Fix Your Car Seat that Won't Move Back and Forward BMW E90, E91, E92, E93
This is a somewhat common problem on E90's series BMWs. What caused my seat to stop working properly is that a water bottle got underneath my passenger seat and I tried moving the seat... and all of the sudden I heart a popping noise, and that seat stopped working properly.
Luckily it's an easy fix, as you can see in this video as long as you can find the spare part. I would recommend going to your local junk yard which you most likely get one for free or pay couple of bucks. Another option is to find one on eBay, or AliBaba. I got mine from a local junk yard.
