I take good diet...but mjhe lagta h ki khana digest nahi hota ,food undigested nikal jata h.. Jaise raw vegetables,juice , beetroot digest nahi hota Stools smooth nahi aati.. Kya ye suppliment lene se ye problem solve hoti h ?
