Thank you so much for this quick video. I just arrived at my hotel room and wanted to take out the foldable rack behind the iron board in the closet. When I pulled the iron board to reach the rack behind, it started to open itself up by the time I got the rack out , it was fully expanded and stood tall. I didn't need this shyt but could not fold it back. It didn't move. I was mad and desperate and Googled "how to close iron board". Among all other useless videos, yours popped up. God you saved me! The stupid self-activating iron board is now back in the closet.

Needed this to complete a shirt alteration, the first time I've done anything of the kind. When I learned how to sew, it was in a class where the boards were always out, so while I figured out how to open the board on my own, I was lost on how to close it!
