i bought an ssd from amazon...installed windows 11 but now want to send it back as i need a bigger drive..How the hell do i restore it back to factory settings ie completely cleaning it ready for return to amazon

Ive got a problem. Im trying to install windows 11 pro on my 233gb hdd and it says to format to fat32 i do that and it say to format to NTFS. Im confused. Why the back and forth?

When I try to delete partition 1 the only partition it says “DiskPart has encountered an error: the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. See system log for information”

Thanks for the video, I used info to format an SSD 16TB for movie storage. Seems to work find however when I plugged it into my laptop the laptop did not see the drive. Both are win11 ?
