How to Frame a Bathroom Mirror for Just $10 !!

Framing a bathroom mirror is the EASIEST and CHEAPEST way to transform any bathroom! Please tell me 1 other way you can transform a room for less than $10? I don't think you can do it, but prove me wrong in the comments.
Every bathroom I've owned in both my primary home and my investments gets a framed mirror. As you'll see in this video, even plain bathrooms like this one gets a frame, all the way to my most elegant master bath remodels.
The pine wood here is only a few bucks per piece, even during this 2021 lumber market, and then a small thing of stain and caulk or mirror adhesive to hold this stuff on. Some of you may say "it's more than $10 with all the stain and sandpaper and glue!". True - but I'm assuming most people that are attempting this will have some leftover sandpaper and some tubing of caulk of some sort. Even if you don't, think of quantities of scale - but 1 can of stain and you can do 20 bathrooms.
Hope you enjoyed this mirror framing process and I'm glad I could finally get my tutorial out to you all!
Thanks for watching this how-to video.

There is no way to find 1x3 pine boards for $10. Real project price is $100 not $10 $2-3 per foot is more realistic Stain, coat, glue will be over $30 Minimum project price is $50-100 depends on mirror size

Thinking the same thing, wonder if we can put a piece between behind the vertical piece at the top the mirror at the left and right so there will be an extra amt to screw the top piece of wood in the wall. And use a metal brace attached it to the vertical piece at the bottom to screw them into the left and right side of the wall and then find something to cover it up

Mirrors in bathrooms can be hung with cheap little mirror clips or with mirror adhesive (in the caulk aisle at the store). If you use mirror clips and want to frame the mirror, you do it the same way as the video but just carve out little holes in the back of the frame where the mirror clips are in the way.

New video coming on this, but I have a 1” drill bit and I just carve out a little from the back of the frame where the clips would be. It’ll look like a bowl in the back of the frame it sits flush over the clips. Or a flathead screwdriver and a hammer can be used to carve out the back.

$10.00, the only way this would cost that is if you basically had everything already. If you were buying the wood, stain, or paint, paint brush, and caulk. Going to the store, gas, miter saw/ coping saw/ hand saw, square, ruler. The price could be $50, $100, or more. My mirrors are held up with mirror holders that stick out a 1/2 inch. I could make it work by drilling the wood on the back side.

Then you can notch out small craters in the back of the frame. I used a large drill bit to do some, but you can hammer a flat head screwdriver in the back or do whatever you need too to carve out a crater
