Hi Kitchen dwellers! As people are staying at home more these days and enjoying their lovely Latte, perhaps it will be a good time to fully clean your Miele Coffee Machine's milk pipe work, before milk splatters everywhere from the dispenser. These procedure is for deep cleaning, when running the regular programs does not solve your problem.

Hi, I was having a lot of milk dispensing problems with my Miele built-in coffee maker, even after doing all the standard cleanings. Miele sent over a repair technician who replaced my three-way valve, but also gave me a great tip - at the end of each day where milk has been used, to make a "hot milk" beverage but using water in the milk container. This will flush all of the parts with hot water much better than any cleaning cycle. I now do this all the time and have had zero problems with milk dispensing ever since. The downside is that I have to descale more since the machine thinks that more beverages are being made, but that's not a bad trade-off and more cleaning can't hurt. Great channel!! I have a combi-steam too and love your tips.

@@SteamOvenGuru This is an excellent tip. The video here is great, but the problem for me was coagulated milk at the point of the flask output and into the machine. The pipe cleaner was able to fix, but I now run the hot water via the milk flask as well.

Has been an ongoing problem with our 6800. Best thing I gleaned from your video is to make sure the black gasket in the steel tube is flush with the top of the milk bottle. Working fine now. Thanks so much.

Have been busy for the last while as I moved away from Miele and joined a local supplier that serves most brands in the industry - and now that things are flowing better, new contents will flow with more demonstration focusing on steam oven and coffee machine, while presenting current and new generation models.

For me, the issue is with the black sealing piece on top of the milk container cap: i need to make sure to insert the sealing piece first and then install the steel pipe. Otherwise, I guess the pipe keeps sticking out from the other end of the sealing piece, causing the milk to not get dispensed properly. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your video. My machine works great, but it makes a rattling noise when dispensing milk. It also squeaks when the dispenser goes down. How do yo lubricate these. Also, how do I service the brew unit after removing it? Thank you.

Thank you for the video. I have a little trouble. For the MIELE CVA7845 model, when making coffee, only clear water is output but no coffee, and the fault "cleaning the brewer" is reported all the time. What should I do? thank you very much!

Hi! Sorry about the delay and I hope you have found the solution. At the time of your posting the CVA7845 model was not yet available in my market. Having said that I have not come across this problem - if you have found a solution would you mind replying and sharing so I can potentially share on future videos to benefit everyone who might come across this issue? Thank you for your video. Have a new CVA6805 and are still learning about it. The milk dispenses fine for milk drinks, but it is very lukewarm milk and not hot enough. Have increased the coffee temperature to Max but the lukewarm milk ruins the drinks. Also, the coffee tastes very bitter! Will try other beans, but any tips you have for hotter milk and removing bitterness in coffee would be appreciated!

Do you have a water softener installed? Is your coffee machine hooked up to any kind of a filtration mechanism?

Any milk intensive drink (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc. will show signs of temperature change based on the temperature and amount of milk used. I would recommend perhaps micro-waving the milk jar (glass part only) for a few seconds. In terms of bitterness of the coffee I would try selecting a different setting on the coffee coarse / fine setting (next to bean container inside the machine) and then adjusting coffee amount used. Medium-dark is my usual go-to for roast level for this machine.

I tried your method but the issue persists. Nevertheless, I tried to run water through all the connecting parts as you mentioned to make sure there is no blockage, and found out that water doesn't go through the white part of the three way connector easily; I even tried to blow and suck on it as a straw but even my breathe would go through. Is this a regular behavior of the three way connector or that might be what's causing the issue?

if you call your local Miele direct line and request access to service department, most of them will be able to send you a parts schematics once they verify your information. (at least true for my region)

Hi, many reasons! Good news is that they can be normally easily solved with most of the contents on this video. Quality of milk, milk pipework cleanliness, or even just the valve shown in video, or the dispenser spouts may be clogged. If all goes well and froth is still not good, the milk container pipe may be installed not properly, or the milk container seal is not tight...

Likely that the milk valve on the inside panel (3rd part he cleans in this video) is clogged. While you are cleaning it, need to ensure the white connector allows air to pass one-way. It is likely clogged.
