My morning rituals 1) 4:30 Wake up and make bed 2) take a quick 3-5 minute cold shower therapy then get ready 3) go to kitchen make black coffee and get my green shake 4) go to room light incense and do wim hof breathing or 6 phase meditation 5) journal my 5 goals/5 whys/5 gratitude 6) do yoga for 15-20 minutes while listening to audible Grab lunch go to work 6-4:30 Go to gym 5-6/6:30 7-8 work on side hustle which is real estate 8-10 hang out with family and friends Monday- Thursday daily routine maybe Friday and Saturday as well Consistency till I reach my goals and then continue on another daily routine when I have create more goals 16/8 intermittenting fasting all times

On days when I need to be at work early (most days) 1. Wake up, usually at 6.15. 2. Some Taoist self massage exercises while sitting on the toilet (I know this sounds like taking optimisation too far, but time is short, and it's a great way not to forget). 3. Breakfast 4. Commute 5. Put on the coffee machine and do mindfulness meditation listening to the sound it makes. 6. Taijiquan 7.Start work. On other days, I just relish not having a routine, though generally do the same things but with out the commute part.

After waking up at 4 am, I go to bathroom then brush with opposite hand then a full glass of water then surya namaskar then jogging for 6 min then bath then studying

My morning routine starts the night before. I maintain a strict bedtime of 10 pm. 5:20 am: wake up 5:30- 6:00 am: work out 6:00 am- 6:30 am: make my bed, organize my bedroom, shower. 6:30 am- 6:50 am: 6-phase meditation Then l dress up and leave the house by 7:30 am I do time-restricted eating weekdays. So no breakfast except in weekends.

What is all up with so many negative comments??? I don't see any commercial here. Did he spoke about any brand of blender or whey protein?? Did he promote any book or any gym or any gym equipment for that matter?? What commercial?? 6 phase meditation is also available on mindvalley RU-vid channel for free. I use that everyday.... All Vishen is doing is helping optimize out lives, make us a better human being and I don't see a problem in it. You haters gonna get your sh** together

People like to judge, most people who made a negative remark most likely didn’t finish the whole vid all the way through, nor most likely will they implement any of the behaviors or habits “free value” Vishen offered in this video, and as a result their lives unfortunately will not shift in the ways they desire, now I could be completely wrong but the mentality of this is a scam... you clearly don’t know MindValley

I start my morning with a morning run (sometimes depending on the weather or how tired I am), then I shower and meditate, and prep my breakfast which mostly contains healthy cereal and plant-based milk. I read at times in the afternoons or evenings, and if I don't run in the morning, I do it in the evenings.

My morning routine at 5:00- 8:00 a.m., 45 min walk, consume supplements, bathe, skincare routine, have my detox drink, pray my pre-dawn prayer, meditate, fill my gratitude journal and check emails from university and have breakfast

Wow, I tried this 6 phase meditation and felt amazing. I’ve practiced meditation a lot, but this one had me in tears feeling grateful. That doesn’t happen very much. Doing this very day!

Hello Vishen,I spent ten on the Blue Mountains (NSW) in a retreat in total silence.The masters taught me how to breathe properly in Lotus position.We ate only vegetables,fruit,herbal tea,water.

Yeah I think it happened last year. I read about it in his ebook program. I'm part the way through it. Really worth the investment of time and money. So many useful videos and resources that it literally can take hours to get through a couple of chapters.

Great video, but there is no such thing as useless time spent in meditation. One of the many benefits of meditation is that your focus and clarity are sharpened, and you can turn that into "success." But that isn't the purpose of meditation. Meditation is deep practice that doesn't really have a purpose but has so many wonderful side effects such knowing yourself, receiving insight, geater clarity, rejuvenation of body and mind, etc. I love the 6 Phase meditation - it's part of my morning too - but if you can or you want to spend more time meditating, go for it. It will never be useless or wasted time.

My problem with trying to meditate right after waking up is that I'm always waking up in a daze due to my poor sleep, and if I close my eyes to meditate, I end up falling asleep, or it's even harder to wake up after the meditation.

Waking up at 4 AM is my time I am a 4 AM person. I go thru my journal and after I am writing what I’m going to do and what I want and what is my progress. The morning is a very critical part of my day.

I usually wake around then too; green tea, meditate and coffee. Then research and writing until around 8am. Then dog walk etc and into my day! Love it!

Optimization of our routine is key! I find myself still constructing the “best” routine but it’s helped me become more productive, healthy, and happy!! Highly suggest you guys start experimenting with your own routines.

I eat 2 bowls of rice, 3 or 4 types of fruit, carrots, And at least 90grams of protein daily. There is no need to fast in the morning, if you stop eating by 8 pm and when you wake up just just eat autophagy ketosis food! Eggs and a plum, and black coffee is not knocking you out of ketosis. I just stop eating by 8 pm, unless it is just a few baby carrots. Just stay in ketosis for at least 14 hours. Do ten minutes body weight type exercises or resistance go for a 1 mile walk.
