It was my 2nd time to watch 😊 Kahit alam kong underweight ako, kincompute ko pa rin haha! 😅😂 not sure pero po dahil na rin po siguro sa emotional stress, poor diet or wala sa tamang oras na pagkaen and di name-maintain na exercise kase po around June July nung consistent po ako sa pag e-exercise, nadagdagan timbang ko from 39 or 40 to 46 kg., ngayon 42 na lang 😌

Please do not take any supplements. One time nag take ako ng memory plus gold. Okay naman na sya noong tine-take ko pero noong nag-stop akong mag-take, mas lalong lumala yung pagiging makakalimutin ko.

Thanks, doc! My case is that it is hard for me to gain weight but I lose weight really fast. It seems that I can lose weight around 1lb overnight. So, it is very difficult for me to reach 50 kg and my height is 5'5, my age is 30 yo. If only I could achieve 50 kg and consistent, I would be very happy and will gain my confidence.

Hello Doc. 25 years old na po ako and nasa 4'11 lang po ang height ko timbang ko naman po ay 41kg. Dating 45 mula nung manganak ako unti unti nang bumababa ang timbang ko. Hindi naman po ako breastfeeding is it safe po ba kung mag tatry po ako ng mosegor capsule? Salamat Doc.

Thank you, Doc. Matagal ko na gustong mag gain ng weight, naglalaro lang lagi sa 53 at 52 ang weight ko (underweight pa rin). Marami nagsasabi na pumapayat ako lalo (yung mga damit ko maluwag na rin) pero same pa rin naman timbang ko. 😔
