How to Gargle 

25 years into my life in and I still don’t know how to gargle

I didn’t know how to gargle for sixteen years. But today I tried and ended up spiting the water out 😂. However, after several attempts it finally worked 😊

I didn't gargle for one day and forgot how to do it

Thank you for this! Now I know how to do it. The key is having air flow out once you tilt your head as you said thats what gets the gargle effect. People just kept saying tilt your head and that’s about it. Thanks for your tips and getting straight to the point!

I am literally here because I've never properly learned how to gargle and I currently have to gargle some lidocaine because the doctor prescribed it to me because it hurts to swallow but I tried to use it earlier and I choked cuz I let the liquid go back too far so I'm just wondering how far is the liquid supposed to go back in my throat because all they did was numb my mouth and the pain is in the throat so it does nothing for the throat if it's not allowed to touch my throat

This video is actually several years old and it must have been reposted. I do remember seeing this same video many years ago. Yes the girl in this video is very cute and attractive. The main reason I’m commenting is that I’m wondering if this girl can gargle just plain water for 30 seconds or longer with just one breath. Yes I realize this is a weird comment but I’m really curious about her lung capacity. I’m sure I will never know the answer but I can wonder about it.
