*Great tips. What about flexing the rod? I notice the bar flex when top players shoot, but is that something that happens naturally or is that technique applied to improve power?*

It comes naturally when you get used to the motion. If you are trying to force it, you are going to hurt yourself.

Great video! Just want to note, that the position of the ball menitoned at 3:30 highly depends on the table and the mans you're using. Keep up to the level of your videos next year!

Hi. Im playing foos for 5 years. Im goalie. I strugle with pull shot body and arm technik. For example is it correct to be closer to the table or little bit farer? Correct way of holding the 2 bar while pull shotting? Anyway great videos, keep it up! Cheers from Slovakia!

Hi Samo, you could try to pull both goalie rods out to your side, then try to stand parallel to the rods and 45 degree from the table - that would be the general concept. Everyone is different, it is better for you to experience different technique but I tend to stand further away from the table.

Haha I just happened to noticed that I used my Shoulders a few months back when I felt something in my shoulder after shooting haha Before that I didn't even noticed that I used my shoulder in the shot. Just curious, do you happen to switch grips? like to the monkey grip? I have currently experimenting with using 2 grips, a regular and monkey.. think I can generate more power with monkey grip, but it doesn't feel as natural so far for me.

Your body will adjust the grip automatically. At first it might not feel natural, however when you practice more and more, it will become your natural grip. A great example is that when we were still a baby, we do not know how to walk. We have to practice walking before it becomes natural to us.
