Hi people, control pants/body shapewear aren't for everyday, I don't wear them all the time. They do not make you look like you've lost weight, all they do is smooth things out and hold you in. They are nothing new and your favourite celebs have worn them since the dawn of time. I made the video by request to show you guys what they do and which are the best out there.

Raven Navera Thanks for making this lovely video! My mother refused to teach me about makeup, but wven though she was a very thin framed, petite lady, she taught me all about foundation pieces. Every lady should have a couple of bras, tank shapers, short and long pants girdles, short and long skirt and dress shapers. She also taught me to buy them in black, so that they don't show under my light colored clothing. I also saw on Dr. Oz that instead of women wearing corsets and super tight waist trainers, firm support tanks are much for your organs. I wear those under my blouses and sweaters when I teach. Your party dresses look so cute on you!

I have been wearing these for years off and on. They are really great. Not just for keeping your shape together or giving that extra warmth when it's cold but it helps to stop your legs from rubbing together and you from getting chape between the legs. I love that rap dress
