How To Get A Fraud Charge Dropped 

I have a fraudulent assault charge against me. The punks who tried to murder me lost when I repelled the with pepper spray. They call the police and lied their butts off. Two months later I was cornered by two cops who asked me about it. I told them what happened and what they tried to do to me. The stupid cops took the word of those punks and filed a charge against me. I wasn't arrested, there was no trial or conviction. My attorney had the case transferred to a veteran's court where they assigned me to a divergent program. It still seems they think I'm guilty. I'm homeless and unemployed and I can't get a job due to fact their fraudulent charge is slandering my background check. what can I do to get the charge dropped and off my record. Please help.:)

You think I could go to jail if I got charge for credit card fraud but I didn’t put my ex gf card in my rental car app She did when we went to on a trip and when we broke up I rented a car on the same app but it just checked out and the money was only 775 dollars I also text her and told her it was an accident 2 days after I return car and I payed her back in a 10 day period since I text her since she was mad at me and wasn’t replying Now I have a charge But I never had intent to stealing her card or using it I wanted it to come out of my bank account not hers
