Maybe the soundtrack isn't for everyone but none the less, gud video. His beard may not look a lot different after but his beard looked good already before he began. I assume this is a morning routine and then i would also assume that he has a gud night time routine. Wish my beard would look like his in the beginning just after a brush through. The products are to keep the shape during the day. Gud video!

Hi, Nice vid, got a similar problem of beard hair starting to curl outward when longer than 5 cm which kinda looks silly. So might give it a try! Cheers

I like to use beard conditioner and oil right after a shower, then beard balm. Would I straighten before or after the oil and balm is in?

Straight after. When you apply treatments after, it gets wavy again!

Hey ho :D sorry for my late reply. Hot air dries the beard out, that's true. Thus, it's important to switch the blower to a low heat level (my blowerhas only 2 levels and I use the lower one). I also protect the beard by using oil before blowing the beard. And you shoudn't not come too close to the beard with the blow dryer - just that the hair doesn't get too hot.

Do you think this method works on longer beards? I need to find a round brush like that, but even with a hair dryer and comb twisting through the hair, it is still curly. I was thinking of getting a flat iron.

Yes. I saw it at my barber in Germany, they use the same technique also for longer beards than mine. But it’s a bit tricky because you maybe can’t roll up the complete hair as I do in the clip. Flat iron can hardly damage your beard, did that too lol. It worked only for one night and afterwards the waves came back plus hair got splittet.

Thx for watching man :) my blow dryer‘s lowest level is just cold air, that’s not helpful, so I always use the next higher level (gently warm, not hot). But you gotta figure it out what works best with your beard.

I have done most of this just without the brush, and my beard always still seems to curl outwards near the bottom back, not quite sure how to handle that

Hi ;) I bought it in a German drugstore, it’s called “round brush” - there are different brushes with different endings. Choose one with soft rounded stubbles!
