Great video, nice pep talk for a monday too! The content, presentation, and graphics are very slick. Other than Word of Mouth, I'd love to hear about how you'd go about getting more leads - especially for Experience Expert Businesses.
Hey james, 1. How would you build a moat around an import/trade business? 2. Can limiting stock work for an import/trade business? 3. How can you build testimonials into a trade business? 4. At what stage would you consider yourself an authority as a business operator to be googlable(made that up) 😅 Thanks for this videos, they are immense!
Hey James, can you please make a video on your laser tag company? I can't find anything on that on your channel but im super interested in how much it makes/ how you make it profitable please. Thank you 🙏
Hi James. Thanks for all the value you offer. I’m going to start a skincare import business and was wondering from watching your videos if this is a good business. I already worked on my sales forecast/ budget/ but not too sure how to go about my marketing and sales plan. Do you think it’s a good business?
As a florist with a mini flower farm, nearing year one, I am really struggling. Hard work, digging over gardens, etc, to produce flowers, so I can create gorgeous bouquets. But trading my time and talent for $70 here and there is just not worth it. After putting so many thousands into it, I can't stop, and I don't want to stop. I just want it to go somewhere. HOW THOUGH! I don't know how to infuse your info into my business, other than to create RU-vid videos and blog articles, to increase value of brand.
How are you marketing the business and getting it visible to ideal clients? Those who will pay more for your very unique approach… Pick the social media platform those ideal clients hang out, add them to your audience, post daily about what you do and love, get in local social media groups where you can share your products. At a guess, RU-vid will do little for you at the moment, it strikes me as the wrong place to hang around to get sales.
I did yes, I also believe especially at the moment in a ‘mucky’ barrier to entry or a hard work barrier to entry. The construction and associated industries are out of fashion, you can’t do them if you want to WFH and never leave your house, you have to get out there. So there’s an opportunity for dinosaurs who were born in the last century and don’t mind leaving their houses and doing things like meeting people face to face and shaking hands etc.
