Laird what's a full day of eating like for you when on maintenance? The vlogs don't lie, you train extremely hard but you also seem to work a physically intensive job. How do you fuel all that activity? I was just curious how you figured out how to compensate for all that?
Great video, great explanations, like the extra training footage. How to you incorporate heavy singles as you approach competition day? I find myself satisfied with base building but often struggle to transfer those gains into bigger PR’s instead of rep volume PR’s. Have a good week of training ahead 💪💪
