Never won a show or had any type of job other than owning a supp store ten years ago but somehow has more assets and money than most ifbb pros who are accomplished stars. Something doesn’t add up here🤔
Been trying to grow my shoulders for awhile now. My rear delts are stubborn as fuck, but my front and side grow pretty easy. Any tips for someone with limited equipment on how to grow rear delts?
Bent over dumbells side laterals work great! You can also do them supported on a incline bench. I would recommend going light until you learn how to really isolate the muscle. Face pulls even with a resistance band can be effective.

@@enigmatic7665 I'm no pro or a even a coach for that matter but one arm rear delt cable flys give me the best mind muscle connection and leaves them sore everytime I do high volume on them.
Hats are cool, I have lots of them. But during a production they cover your face with a shadow. I might interest you to know that people are perceived as being less honest when their eyes are covered or obscured. Just so you know.
Want big shoulders? Do 2-3 grams of gear per week for 9 months straight and then cruise for 3 months and rinse and repeat whilst eating and training perfectly. :)
