If I recall correctly, women's natural testosterone production is about 1/3 from the adrenal glands and 2/3 from the ovaries. So if a woman suppresses her HPG axis with non-androgenic hormonal birth control (e.g., drospirenone/ethinylestradiol), that could create headroom to take an AAS with better tissue selectivity than testosterone without an increase in androgenic effects.
Estradiol lasts less than a day in the body. If you take a non-esterified estradiol tablet sublingually when you wake up, your level will probably drop to near baseline by bedtime. Maybe other estrogens last a few weeks, or maybe estradiol has persistent effects on various tissues that take weeks to wear off, but free estradiol isn't going to hang out in your blood for 4 weeks; that'd be absurd.
I wish the people who interviewed Stan would do their homework and watch his previous interviews, read his material and know what he is about before hand. He gets asked the same old tired questions and also they need to let him take the ball and run with it, don't try to interject your own stories--respect his time and knowledge. Thanks
Ben is a genius of bodybuilding, his machines are great as well and the focus on pure isolation and minimizing other physiological distractions is great
Everyone at HD/Pure Muscle is amazing and it’s my daily dose after work and before the gym. But I have to give give props to one of the best coaches and especially for leg workouts, Ben Pakulski is the GOAT of hamstring training in my book! Keep up the good work and awesome content and maybe one day I’ll be able to visit the Canadian Mecca of Bodybuilding! Again… thank you for all you do Dorian, you are an awesome human being!
I love how there's no ego here. No one's saying I prefer to do it this way. Everyone knows why there at the gym and they're going for results. Also no cussing is amazing. I appreciate that.
Bodybuilders are truly mad scientists! Constantly pushing the envelope of human performance. I'm a casual unserious lifter but I LOVE these conversations.
My patellar tendon feels like it’s about to rupture from time to time… on back squats jts especially bad. Is this something I need to just steer clear from or is there something I could do differently to overcome this terrible feeling/injury
Do hack squats, trust me your legs and back will thank you . Save your body from the damage of back squats . Keep the ego aside n switch to hack squats
@@ronaknanda6175 bro I did and honestly it got worse. I just do regular squats and as long as it’s slow and controlled it doesn’t happen at all anymore
Thanks to your explanations and conceptualizations, I felt more lat activation than i have in... Idk since i first started working out! Thank you for this amazing reframing (concept wise) of this thing we do in the gym itself!
Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item ru-vid.comUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.
