Great info. This is how arm training with great form looks like. When it comes to arms, people also need to forget about the f$$king weight. When I learned how to squeeze with lighter weight my arms blew up. Thanks for the video!

Dorian, appreciate all the information you provide. I am just a recreational lifter, but i have learned so much from you and Mike and Noah and all of the HD athletes. Have a question regarding travel and diet, as I travel quite a bit. What advice do you have for staying on a clean diet while traveling (might make for a good video)? What types of food and supplements do you bring when you travel? Will you be visiting Rome on your trip to Italy? Safe travels.
One of my triceps is like 3-4 reps weaker than the other...I don't know how it happened, I moved away from compound tricep movements to give each arm equal tension and reps but somehow it only got worse... symmetry wise it looks fine, so not too much of an issue overall.
Maybe a concern with more multiple joint movements or with compound exercises like a bench press eg. Check to see the the elbow to wrist is setting up the same for each exercise. Film it and send it to me if you want.

That depends on the bodypart but I do not get so set on reps or sets. I personally put more emphasis on the execution of the exercises and making sure I’m getting what I need out of the exercises. Sometimes I’m able to get that done with 1 working set. For muscles or exercises I’m not as connected with I might need more working sets to get the job done.
