Full stretch in dumbbell chest press is not good for your shoulder joints. The pressure you feel while doing a full stretch dumbbell chest press is nothing but your skin getting stretched.

Not really. As long as you work on your shoulder mobility and perfect your form. Extra rom is always good

@@arrlifts Putting your shoulder joints in an unnatural position is dangerous, one way or another. Plus, I have never seen any pro putting that much stretch on their chest.

im 16 from america, ive been watching some videos like this. You guys are kinda weak man; im 178lb and i can do 70's each hand for dumbell bench. 40's for shoulder raises. and the entire stack for tricep pushdowns. Never realized how strong i am compared to others lmao, get wrecked
