Thanks so much for this! Quite clean, effective and informative video. All, please do some warm-up before doing this for 20 straight minutes. All of these work-outs are using much of knees so please do take account of caring knees. Don't do overwork all at once as you can increase bit by bit. Saying this, you don't have to do it everyday ; We need time for muscles to recover for growing up. Injury while doing workout is the worst enemy (than accident). And after this, also use form roller or tennis ball to smoothen muscles for tomorrow. :)

@@karam_hd2455 i tried rest days and i saw lesser results (yeah its weird but it did happen) so i choose doing it everyday , you may as well take rest if you are sore(sore as in completely sore and unable to walk)
Cor mate, the DOMs the next day must be something. I'm used to lifting weights and I'm tempted to give this a go, but cardio is NOT my strong suit, so it'll be interesting to see how many minutes in before I want to throw in the towel!
@@atletix_603 I rest for a day, I do loads of workouts I have to rest for a day because your bones will be weak and your body would have less energy. Yes I know this is easy, but at least don’t work out for a day your muscle have to recover
