I love this workout! Especially all of the lateral movements, which most leg workout programs don't have. Great for those soccer specific muscles.

I’ll tell the results in around a month. Day 1: (I didn’t write the comment when I done it in day 1) ok so it was a bit tricky, my legs were burning but I will get used to it. Day 2: (I’m writing this comment on day 2) was a bit easier than day Day 16: very good, legs becoming stronger

10 minutes,isy,fast,campact every day since semptember 2023 now its 8 of january 2024,my legs,their got so much power now,i can shoot the ball better ,i easily wake up now,cant lie my legs got muscles now ahahha

Don't train like this if you are an athlete. You can run 30 meters with medium intensity, Sprint 30 meters with full intensity and walk/jog 30 meters. That's one set. Repeat it 8-10 times. You can also do sprints in 25-30 meters space. If you workout on speed drills with high intensity with little to no break you will improve stamina.
