I mean ain't it a kind of paradox if someone are stressed about his pimple and that stress make the pimple grow even more which led him to stress even more?
For healthy skin, this is what worked for me: First thing in the morning, cleanse your face thoroughly. Opt for a mild and gentle face wash such as the riceberry facewash by littleexttra and then apply moisturizer to your face. Riceberry includes antioxidants that shield the skin from free radicals, helping to prevent signs of aging. Do not overcleanse your face. Limit washing to once in the morning and once before bedtime. Remember to keep your face moisturized throughout the day. Also, don't neglect sunscreen, even indoors. Dry skin exposed to the sun can lead to white patches on the skin. Thus, it's essential to prevent dry skin and protect it from harsh sun exposure.
I just love the riiceberry face wash; it really makes the skin smooth. After using this, the skin doesn't feel dry. This has quickly become my favorite face wash. I've been applying this for approx 20 days now. It is suitable for all skin types.
I get so easily stressed. Even when nothing is going on, I just get nervous about whatever. That's probably the main cause of my skin breakouts and stuff.
I am always fasting and drinking just water or with limone and green tea and keto diet and doing some sports and yoga :) after 5 years of suffering now iam 15 and with amazing skin ✨
Totally agree! It only took me 2 months of exercise daily, drink water and reduce snacking to get rid of all my acnes and chicken bumps! I don't need to exfoliate my body or expensive serum to maintain a healthy skin 😊
I’m on day 4 of not moisturizing my face and only using a bar of soap to clean my face, I had decent acne on my chin and cheeks, like enough to make me self conscious of it, and my skin is more clear than it’s ever been
Don't use moisturiser if you have acne bc its making ur skin more oily and that's what makes the acne instead like he said change pillow cases daily and drink 9-13 cups of water a day and i recommend you get the ordinary serum 10% and use sunscreen
Drinking water works , even though everyone’s like “ OH! NOT DRINKING WATER AGAIN , THIS IS SO CAP” guys water is the main thing , your health is what matters the most , drinking water gives your face that hydrated glowy look trust me it’ll work in one day if you just keep drinking lots of lots of water , might have to pee every 20 minutes but trust me ! DRINK UPPP just for one dayyy , try it it works
I can agree pretty well with this, when i start drinking soda and or eating bad foods, i start breaking out a little bit, face will start to get a little red and just in general start to look depleted of nutrients, but when I’m eating fruit and drinking hella water my skin tone and acne reduces a lot , just gotta be disciplined !
Some extra tips: -don't wash your face everyday. What do I mean? Well, cleansing your skin is good, but it is also good to skip 1 day per week. This allows your natural face oils to do the work and balance by itself. -niacinimide and/glycerin These two are calming ingredients and help skin clear. Some great products is the ordinary's multiple peptide serum (formerly known as the buffet) or glow recipe's niacinimide serum (if you can handle fragrance). Other options is finding KOREAN beauty sheet face masks with such ingredients. (I find these work the best) -sheet face masks, especially hydration ones. Sheet masks can be a treat but they also do well to give your skin the extra moisture it needs. -skip vitamin c. This active is known for causing break outs. -use retinol once to twice a week. (No more than 2 times a week) This ingredient can help with acne as well as wrinkles. (Only use if over age 20 though) -alternative to retinol for under 20, cosrx slug essence/cream and then "face slugging". -using a calming serum like the ordinary's buffet or aveeno's oat claiming serum or byoma's hydrating/calming serums.

POV: you’ve got anxiety and worry all the time and have no time to relax yourself bcoz you’ve gotta take care of the people around you and then your in the mental state where you refuse to take care of yourself anymore….😕
