Can you pleaseee do an episode on tech set up? I've heard from a few bakers that Hotplate is super simple to set up and use but would loveeee to hear your thoughts

I am not sure what Hotplate is, sorry. What sort of tech info are you referring to?

@@aureliaphilosophyofyum Tech info like website set up, ordering system, etc. Hotplate is a website + online ordering system and I've been recommended by a few bakers to use it
