man you helped me go from waves to curls from before. i wanted to cut my hair like that with more on top but didn't know how to have it blended. bruh u gotta show me how to. not sure if u remember but ur advice was to let my hair grow more and it should curl up.
I'm only trying this cuz lusters scurl stylin gel seem like they getting discontinued. Can't find it anywhere and almost gave me same results with a little less hair then dude in video. Can't find nothin similar to it
thatkid495 i'm not sure how long it last, but it seems like it would last foreever, but the new growth will look different of course. just keep it moisturized well and it should be ok
Shane, i just bought this product after looking at your video. I wanted to know the longevity of the hairstyle. Could it maintain its curls for about a month without you doing anything else for about a month? Or is it a weekly application?
Four questions. 1) What height does your hair have to be for an African-American hair? 2) How often do you have to texturise to maintain 3) Does it turn 'hard' hair or coarse hair to curly? 4) When you get your haircut, does it grow back to the texturised hair or do you have to re-apply it? Thanks, sorry for the Q's, I'm just a newcomer to all this.
at least an inch is recommended. i have only done it once, but u dont want to redo the same hair, so some way just get the new growth if u are reapplying it. yes it will loosen the natural curl pattern. it does not change the way your new hair grows
My hair is wavy with a curly fry effect...its about 15 to 17 inches long when i blow it out but its a chore to do... Its not super thick but i have good volume but the longer it gets the harder it is to maintain... Would i need two kits to do my head? Would you recommend this for wavy to curly fry spiraled hair?
Please Help: I've had my s curl in for a week and decided to wash it a week after I put it in. After washing my hair has become more frizzy than before when it had relaxed curls. I've been putting more and more spray activator in my hair trying to get it back to how it was before I washed it. But it hasn't helped much. I curious to know if I can resort to putting the 2nd half of the texture in creme in my hair. so pretty much doing the whole scurl texture process all over again. Is that a good idea? Is there a way for me to get my hair back to the way before I washed it?
+Ink Knight get a shampoo that is sulfate free and only wash twice a week max. also dont use that activator stuff use a good moisturizer or leave in conditioner daily...check out my video called "combover update" to get the details on this and that video description has links to the products that are good to use
Hey. I wanted to ask how you maintain your hair at that level? When it's time to go to the barbers do you get a really low cut or something else for example?
How Long Should I Leave It In My Hair I Know You Said It Already But I Just Want To Be Sure I Did Mines But It Came Out Spikey/Curly I Just Want Out To Be Curly. Thanks If You Answer
Ay man looks good you see i have the South Of France by Usher and i have been using a sponge for the nappy look but School is about to start for me and i want something more Natural looking but im going to still use the sponge So when i use Comb Thru how do i Comb it to make the curls pop out.
u really dont have to comb it, just rub a good moisturizer through it with your fingers and just style it with your hands. if u do comb it though use a really wide toothed comb
the look will dull out some over several weeks, but it is processed so it will not ever be exactly like it was before, u would have to grow new hair and trim off the processed part to get it to be like natural
I put an S-Curl about three weeks ago. But my hair was probably not as high as it should have been. But it looked really good, lasted about a week for there to be prominent curls (but afterwards you could only see it from looking closely) but probably cos I didn't grow my hair enough. I only did the top. It's grown a lot more now and I'm sure I've shampoo-ed a lot of it out and I've started combing my hair to take away the curls so I can do it again in a few days. Is it okay if I do it again? (Extra Strength because I have naturally hard hair) but this time I'll do not just the top but the whole hair, bear in mind I used it about three weeks ago but I've probably taken away most of the curls and stuff as well as my hair growing a lot more now. Thanks
Ok so with using a texturizer is it best to already have a set pattern then use it? Or use it with no waves at all to start forming them with a low cut in the beginning stages?
+Sugar Shane Cuts my texture of hair is fine and soft tha first time i used it curlded tha shit out of my hair but after that it only straightin it.maybe i only needed it once every 6 months or none at all cause i got a good grade of hair also
My dad just so happen to have the Extra Strength package, and my mom (she's a cosmetology instructor) told me that you have to dispose of the whole package after using once, is this true?
With your hair texture... Use cantu Shea butter leave in cream from Walmart and miss Jessie's curly hair from Sally's and you get the same exact effect.
Melo J yeah if u leave it in too long it will burn your scalp or if u do it too often, I only did it once so I don't know but some people go bald naturally because of bad genes
