I stopped buying fortune cookies unless they are sold for bells. I have gotten some really pretty dresses and fun furniture items though. I find the gifts to friends are the best way to share cookies with other players in hopes of getting some myself!

@@phant0mimee if they are + gifts you have to have shared 10 gifts with the friend you want to send it to you, so you send them 5 and they send you 5

I'd be curious to see what you spend your leaf tickets on in a 3 month period. I'm a sucker for the fortune cookies, but I'm currently trying to resist and am saving tickets for new campsite backgrounds and some wallpaper. Summer is coming and I know they'll have some great options.

Figure out what time gets you better items. The cheapest way is when friends send you gifts with them but sometimes you don't know when you'll get a cookie from them. Mine I get Silver and gold items at 9 am, 9pm, 11pm and a couple other times I haven't nailed down yet

The cookies available from the fortune cookie cart do not update at noon. They update once every 24 hours; not every 12 hours.

yeah I only get 2 cookies a day because of my time zone they reset at 4pm and like in the middle of the night

It restocks for me every 5 hours but both are for like 500 bells so the gifts are so bad

You need to subscribe to the Happy Helper Plan monthly. The animal that follows you is the one you designate as your camp caretaker, and they also bring you gifts and supplies daily. I’m very happy with it :)

You can’t save them for later.but if you do Quests there’s a chance to get a fortune cookie and that saves in your inventory

You could send Gulliver to any cookie jar islands for a cookie and it will save in your inventory
