When you download a game on your quest 3 anr extract it do you need to connect the quesr 3 to your pc again each time you want to play the game? Or is it forever on your oculus?

No the downloads are not happening in loops, sometimes big size games are stored in parts on the cloud(eg- ACnexusp1, ACnexusP2 etc So it looks like it’s downloading the same files but those files are different. I would suggest you to let all the downloads finish depending on your internet speed and wait for the success message

Some games do work online but not all As far as I know Pavlov will not work online and I thought Vr chat is free? Yes all the purchased apps including browser will work fine

Hey I installed frenzy vr but when I put on my headset it says to restore the purchase or a close button and then I have tried both and nothing shows up in unknown sources what do I do

I have downloaded 4games and 2of them worked but the rest 2 didn't when i try to open those 2games it says, something like the app is not real, our platform abuse policy and then tell me to restore the app. So its like im not bypassing there security or something can someone help me

@@wAvEYYYYsure, right now I’m in log in your oculus account through the mirror link, and it says request could not be completed , it’s a easy fix if it sends me a google redirect but after that I may get into more problems, right now I’m still stuck at “log in your oculus account”

Rookie, ADB drivers and Oculus software installed fine. Cant connect Quest 3 to oculus, just get the circle of death each time I hit the 'Connect your headset' page. Anyone else had a similar problem?
Hey I may be a little for responses, but I have developer mode on, so would that cover up for the unknown sources toggle? Like I couldn't find that setting but I use sidequest and have many security features off.
Hey, can I play original online games from the Quest store after I have installed other games on Rooki Sideloader? Can I get banned if I do this? Does VRChat specifically work?
First off as long as you're not using pirated games software on the quest while connected to the internet you pretty much have a 100% guarantee that you can't be banned. Secondly if you used rookie to get vr games it won't affect you if you play non pirated games on the quest

@@Falcaovf if you wanna just completely get rid of any shot of getting any kind of chance that you'll get in trouble yeah. You don't have to but I do. Normal games won't be impacted however. Feel free to use the normal games and apps however you like.
@@wAvEYYYY the problem is that if I click on invite friend it gives me an error saying that I cannot invite friends to this place. while if I do a random quick match it lets me come in and play. why this message? games already updated on rookie
It might be because most of the games removed support for Quest 1 and Rookie keeps the game updated. I don’t know where you can find the old versions that might support the Quest 1
when i try to open it all it says is bad image (directory) is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error try installing the program again using the original installationg media or contact your system admin or the software vendor for support

I had the free trial for eleven tt and now everytime I try to install it on rookie it says in the vr something like "this is a piracy version" and its giving me 2 options that both dont let me play

why is it when i trry dowload beat saber it say the obb folder on the quest seems to not exist or be empty "please redownload the game or sideload the obb manually
To download the games, the quest needs to be connected to a pc, but can we disconnect to play them? I like to move freely and not be restrained to sitting.
you download them straight to the headset, after you're finished with downloading you can just disconnect it from the pc and launch the game from your quest library
Ive been using rookie sideloader v 2.26 for two weeks now without problem. Now it's prompting this Zip error, synchronous, asynchronoous etc error . And I cant download any games anymore. Whats happening?
i followed every step but there's an issue. it doesnt say allow when i connect my link cable on the meta app it says I have it connected but rookie sideloader doesnt say? idrk what do i tried to reconnect didint work ive got developer mode on and I've got the driver instailed too soo idrk
Click on refresh on the sideloader if that doesn’t work then try a different cable other than these two things I cannot think of something that might be causing issue
Hey man, I did everything, i enabled developer mode, and then also enabled the thing you did in PC Oculus app. Then I went to sideloader and its not recognising that I have a oculus in, it doesnt tell me how much GB I have in the bottom left and it didn't give me a warning to accept or decline when i opened it. What should I do I even switched up the ports..
@@Xeloze_ytb Are you sure you cable works? Coz if even side quest is not recognising Quest 2 it’s nothing to do with rookie Try a different cable and different usb port
And I'm on a USB 3.0 port but it doesn't have the official cable, but I tell myself if it works on the official Oculus application I tell myself that it surely doesn't have the cable
Can you see it connected to the pc from device manager? If yes then click on refresh all in the rookie app then see if that works or download this app called sidequest and see if you can see your quest 2 connected in that app
My quest 3 won't connect to my PC for side loader. But it will connect to my phone with the Type C cable that comes with it allowing me to use side loader app.

@@davefox5020 I live in India, we don’t have piracy related issues with our ISPs so I don’t need to use vpn. To access websites that are regionally blocked in India I use Windscribe(free version)
