Nipun but most important is diet / exercise / less sun exposure and water intake. We can use all the best skin care products but it only helps to a limit !❤
@@NipunKapur I’m 58 going on 20 😄my biggest saviour has been minimum sun exposure! Because I had rosacea in my early twenties. And sun screen ❤️ I take in early morning sunlight to awaken my senses. And ALL the serums / moisturisers . I’m so thankful for having good skin even though we knew nothing about it when we were younger !

I have a question that in the morning I wash my face then i applied vitami c serum of Dr sheath and then Alpha arbutin serum of Dr sheth and then i applied the dr sheth sunscreen but my skin looks black after this process it looks so dull and complexion looks so dark, though I have whetish skin tone..so could pls advise me what should I do in this case.
I’m posting a video about this end of this week. The reason is that the vit C is oxidizing ok your face or your sunscreen. As an experiment just wash face and apply alpha arbuin and sunscreen to see result? Next day just wash face and apply sunscreen to see result. Chances are without vit C your face will not be dull. If this happens you need to switch to a diff Vit C ❤️ do let me know the results. Share your feedback as a new comment on a new video so I can come back quickly. Thanks

There are on reports like that onlu independent opinions & independent studies of companies that manufacture skincare with 5%. They put 5% in the product and then say no one needs more than 5% 😂😂
