To help everyone! Before you go into new game plus! Almost every single enemy above floor 256 drops rubies, and often. If you do many new game plus playthroughs, like me, make sure before going into new game plus you grind in these areas on 1/31 for a while. Not only is this the only area in the game where you can get K cards from shuffle time, but also by far the best place to farm rubies and diamonds. I got 40 diamonds and 20 rubies in an hour, and I was not focusing very much. Good luck!
Already on my first NG+ run and just started January. Still maxing last 2 S links for Telos and plenty of grinding in Tartarus top floors. Any idea if the purchasable fortunes help farm or no? Haven't tested yet myself.
I find that just killing enemies on the 251st floor is easier to spawn rubies in. It’s just a shame that dead moon husks are so stupidly hard to come by, it’s probably faster to speedrun NG+, getting 3 of them per run than it is to grind them normally.
@@BorderFreak Floor 251, there is 1 guaranteed striped chest. Get all other chests from that floor, escape with fuuka, save, then open that chest. If it's not dead moon husk, reload that save

Deliberately got the bad ending on my first playthrough just so I could watch everyone die and I didn't exactly feel confident in my abilities then to take on the 50 shades and fazes of the Nyx. NG+ has been fun and just started January this morning. 🍻
@@apollyon4761 So turns out, I had stopped on floor 254 for some reason because I thought to myself "255 is the border floor, no reason to go, I'll just come back on 1/31" but after going again on 1/27 trying to find some other gems, I unknowingly ended up on 255 and the next day went at the store again and sure enough he was selling them.
@@KDThreeSixtycorrect. If you need them badly: Buy Amethyst from the Antique Shop Trade for Black Quartz Trade Black Quartz for Silver Quartz Trade Silver Quartz for Gold Quartz This way money can be turned into Gold Quartz. Rubies are the only hard part of ultimate equipment 😅
