Hi, 1. Yes 2. I think it's like 6 months. 3. No DFA office are everywhere in the Philippines you can do there as well. But Indian Embassy is only in Manila. No need to go for parents but as couple you both needs to be present at Indian Embassy. 4. Same 6 months. 5. Sorry that I don't have it either you can Google it or you can ask lawyer they'll make it for you. Like I asked my wife she knew lawyer she made for us. Later I just need to sign. That time lawyer took PHP500 6. As I shared it depends where you are generally 1 hour distance max via cab. 7. Church wedding depends on you how much you want to spend. I think so budget one will start from 30-40K PHP which just include marriage & simple reception in hotel. But if you want photograph, video, good reception (generally Filipino expect this from foreigners) then it can cross 100K PHP. Note: You needs few pics for proof so click pics when you're going to get married.

And immigration may ask for return flight ticket. And what to tell them for number of days stay there sir? They will not be convince for tourist travel for 2 months i think. Please guide.

You can also try getting married in the third country which is Malaysia for you guys. Same documentation process but you will have to get married in your respective embassy's in Malaysia. But if you would like to do it in PH then yes same tourist visa and same process as Prakash bhai mentioned.

Ask her to travel to dubai or Singapore once and then try INDIA. Its even better if she's a working professional. Just ask her not to disclose your relationship but only to mention that its tourism. Even if she's a new traveler as far as her cover story and itinerary is solid she will get the visa and immigration cleared. Just give them a strong reason that you will go back home to Philippines and not overstay.

Cenomar India se nahi milta uske liye aapko Philippines me aa kar apply karna padega.. Cenomar ka matlab hai Certificate of no marriage. Woh yeh prove karega ki aapne Philippines me isse pehle kabhi shaadi nahi ki hai. Isliye Usko Philippines me aa kar aapko apply karna padega aur fir DFA se attached karna padega.

@@PrakashPanchal Bhai Maine inquiry Ki hai bahut lenghthy process hai or main bhi out of India rehta hu. 1 January 1990 se pahle birth walo ke liye birth certificate compoulsary nahi tha. 10 class certificate hi enough tha. Kya main same as single certificate jaise birthday certificate affidavit attested and apostile karva lu to chalega??

@@RakeshKumar-fh9gz Nahi chalega bhai. You can go and acquire the BC from the hospital you were born if its still active/operational as they will have the copy your birth record which is the fastest. If they are not operational anymore and you cant find then just find a lawyer and tell that you were born at home and not in a hospital and then apply for a fresh copy in the court which takes about a couple of weeks or a month max. Abroad marriages requires original birth certificate strictly and wont accept other alternatives especially in PH.
