Omg! 😱 63, had no period for 15/20 years. Had fibroids removed in 1999. Dranked some matcha green tea ☕ with 3bay leaves & 1 cinnamon stick. Few hours later, I started cramping & had back pain! Then i went to urinate am saw that my period came down!😳 Omg!😱 No!!!
