How to Get Permission to Hunt 

I would have to add on if you're lucky enough to get permission for no charge, at the end of season give the land owner a thank you card and a gift card to a local restaurant...trust me that does pay off. I had gotten permission to goose hunt a field that had ton of geese in and the owners neighbor was the only one to normally hunt it. Well it just so happened that the neighbor was out of town and I got lucky and got permission for one weekend only. We limited out (10 geese cause it was early goose) just over an hour. Since it was for only the one weekend my dad and I went to one of are nicer restaurants and gave him a $40 gift card along with a thank you card and in the card letting him know how we did and how thankful we were for him to let us hunt it.

Can't shoot pigeons in Michigan so I am out on that.
